Terms of Service

The service

Bidcraftr is an AI-powered proposal generation and business management platform. We provide tools to draft, organize, share, and analyze proposals and related business workflows. Features may change as we improve the product; we will use reasonable efforts to avoid disruptive changes without notice where practical.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bidcraftr.
• Notify us promptly at me@abassbusiness.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bidcraftr only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or probe our systems, or abuse AI generation in ways that harm performance, other users, or third parties
• Upload or generate content that infringes others' rights, contains malware, or is harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful
• Resell or redistribute the service in violation of these Terms

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period as described in-product or in your billing portal.
• Fees are generally non-refundable for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.
• The free tier is limited to three proposals (or as otherwise shown in the product); exceeding limits may require an upgrade.

Intellectual property

Proposal content and materials you create or upload remain yours, subject to the rights you grant us to host and process that content to run the service. The Bidcraftr name, logo, software, documentation, and underlying platform are owned by Bidcraftr and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your subscription or trial in line with these Terms.

AI-generated content

Outputs from AI features are assistive drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before you send it to clients or rely on it commercially. AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information; Bidcraftr does not warrant that AI outputs are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Bidcraftr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bidcraftr and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may delete your account at any time through the product or by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and intellectual property rights) will survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account and/or by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require applying another jurisdiction's laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
