• Proposal and workspace content: text, structure, attachments, and related materials you create or upload inside Bidcraftr, including AI-generated drafts you choose to save or send.
• Usage data: product interactions, log and diagnostic data, and similar information that helps us operate and improve the service.
• Payment information: billing details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems; Stripe handles card data according to its policies and applicable standards.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Bidcraftr platform
• Generate, edit, and deliver proposal and document features you request
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Improve reliability, performance, and product experience
• Send service-related messages such as account notices, security alerts, and essential product updates

How we store and protect data

We host application data with Supabase, which provides encryption in transit and at rest for data under its control. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk in line with industry practice.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted processors to run Bidcraftr. They only receive data needed to perform their role:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI features that generate or refine proposal content when you use those capabilities
• Supabase — database, authentication, and related infrastructure
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the web application

Each provider has its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them for detail on how they handle data on their side.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, session management, and core security. These are necessary for the product to function. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies for advertising as part of this policy description; if that changes, we will update this page.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To request a copy of your data or to ask for deletion, email me@abassbusiness.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
